The list of the 10 richest people in America, released last Friday (8) by Forbes, includes only men from the United States. The person who continues to lead is Elon Musk, owner of Tesla and Space-X, with an estimated fortune of US$301.9 billion, according to the magazine’s ranking of billionaires.
According to the publication, second place is Larry Ellison, who has US$230 billion. The difference between Musk’s fortune and that of second place is US$71.9 billion. Ellison, who is 80 years old, is the founder and chairman of Oracle.
In addition to Musk and Ellison, the top 5 also includes Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon, with a fortune of US$225.5 billion; Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook, with US$202.7 billion; and Larry Page, co-founder of Google, which has US$148.1 billion.

In the Forbes list, there are two important details. The first is that the only one who is not from the technology field is Warren Buffett, who comes from the financial market, with the company Berkshire Hathaway. The second is that Microsoft founder Bill Gates dropped out of the top ten richest people last month after Forbes obtained new information about a significant contraction in his fortune.
