The game between América-MG and Ituano, held this Tuesday (12), featured a “different” scene during the first half of the match, valid for the 36th round of Series B. Goalkeeper Jefferson Paulino, from the São Paulo team, asked care after losing one of your contact lenses. An employee from the Itu club had to go to the dressing room to find a spare lens for the number 12 shirt.

The move in question took place 26 minutes into the first half. After a shot by midfielder Daniel Jr., on loan from Vitória to América-MG, Ituano’s goalkeeper spread the ball for a corner and fell down asking for assistance. Two minutes after the service, the game resumed, before the new contact lens arrived.

While Ituano is in the second-to-last position in the second division, Coelho is one of the teams that has no more worries in the competition, as it does not run the risk of finishing in the relegation zone and has a remote chance of moving up to the first division.
