Luan Santana reveals the name of his daughter with Jade Magalhães; check it out

Singer Luan Santana, 33, and influencer Jade Magalhães, 31, revealed the name of the couple’s daughter this Thursday (21).

Waiting for their first baby together, they chose the name Serena for the girl. During the singer’s appearance on the “PodPah” podcast, Luan Santana spoke about the decision.

“Serena, I like it because it’s an adjective too, as well as a name (…) This name has everything to do with us”, he began.

The singer also recalled that the inspiration for the name came from American tennis player Serena Williams. “I had that in my head. Because when we are looking for a name, we see names in everything”, he said.

“You look at the film and write it down. We had about five finalists. There was Serena, Clara, Charlotte… they were very boring names. We don’t have to look like we want to be boring, chic, or so different. […] We wanted a name that was really strong, that summed us up”, concluded Luan Santana.

Jade Magalhães is in the seventh month of her pregnancy, which was announced in July. Between comings and goings, they have been together for 12 years.
