Known for innovating in her gastronomic creations, Eveline has taken advantage of the Christmas season to present a menu full of delicacies, but this year’s highlight was the chocotone, which deviates from the traditional options of candied fruits or chocolate drops. In an exclusive interview with ContilNet, she told how the idea came about.
“I wanted something different, that brought sophistication and a unique flavor, but also had an artisanal touch. The pistachio is a passion, and the fruit jelly complements it perfectly, bringing freshness to the sweet.”explained Eveline.
The novelty quickly gained popularity among the café’s customers and on social media, where videos showing the cut of the panettone and its creamy filling have already reached thousands of views. “It’s gratifying to see people’s reactions. I think we managed to create something really special for this Christmas”he completed.
In addition to pistachio chocolatethe Coffee House also announced the complete menu for end-of-year orders, including options such as pies and garlands, cups, traditional chocotones and party kits, with a variety of sweets and snacks. Orders are now open and can be placed directly at the chain’s units or via the cafeteria’s WhatsApp, until December 23, 2024 or until the production limit is reached, and must be placed at least one day in advance.
