Place the minced meat in a bowl, add raw or cooler, fried onion, semolina and egg. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Mix the ingredients together until smooth.

Wet your hands and form patties. If you want, you can additionally coat them in semolina. Then simply roll the finished flat balls in groats.

Pour oil into the pan and heat well. Fry the mince until brown. Serve with potatoes and your favorite salad.
