Ingredients:
- Medium Little Red Cabbage head,
- onion,
- 80 g of raisins (they can be white for contrast),
- 1 lemon juice,
- Salt and pepper,
- sugar to taste (maximum half a teaspoon),
- Frying oil,
- several branches of parsley,
- A handful of chopped walnuts.
Method of performance:
Wash the cabbage, chop and cook in salted water. Pour water and drain the cabbage.
Brain the raisins in hot water. Chop the onion finely and fry in oil.
Add raisins, onions, salt, pepper, lemon juice and a little sugar to taste to the cabbage. Mix everything.
Chop the parsley and mix gently into cabbage. A rash of evenly chopped nuts on top.
