The fire of a log house in the village of Budmerice (Pezinok district), which occurred on Wednesday (December 4) evening, caused more than a million euros worth of damage. The Fire and Rescue Service (HaZZ) informs about it on the social network.
“When the firemen arrived, he was fire of a wooden log house in a sloping terrain fully developed and no one was in it. The fire was located during the night,” the firemen say, adding that the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
16 firefighters from Pezinok, Bratislava and Malacie responded to the incident. but also members of the volunteer fire brigades of the municipalities of Budmerice, Doľany, Cífer and Častá together with ten pieces of firefighting equipment.
