It is also stimulated sense of smell.

It is not for nothing that we associate some scents with the Christmas season. They are:

Homemade Christmas air fresheners

Here are our suggestions for making your own beautifully scented air fresheners, perfect for the holidays.

To prepare an orange air freshener you only need:

  • 1 orange,
  • 4 tablespoons of Himalayan salt.
  • Juice the orange in a bowl and add salt to it.
  • Place it where the scent will have the best chance of spreading throughout the house. Thanks to the natural citrus aroma, your home will become cozy and fresh.

Another proposal includes a patent that many are already familiar with, on placing oranges in different corners of the house with cloves stuck in them. If we add a ribbon to them, they will be a charming decoration of any room, and the orange-clove scent will add a unique atmosphere.

All you need to make another air freshener is gelatin, salt and your favorite essential oil.

  • Mix gelatin with water (use half the amount of water as recommended on the package).
  • Add salt and a few drops of essential oil.
  • Pour the liquid into silicone molds or a decorative container and let it harden. This handmade scented jelly will keep its aroma for up to 2 weeks!

User @ also came up with a great idea for creating a Christmas atmospherewater, and Internet users cannot praise him enough.

  • She added lemon and orange slices, whole cinnamon, cloves and a little vanilla essence to the pot of water..
  • She brought the mixture to a boil and let it simmer gently until the intoxicating aroma spread throughout the house.
  • After cooling, she poured some of this fragrant mixture into the drains in the bathroom, where it left a fresh and pleasant aroma for long days. This simple trick quickly became a hit!
