The Rota Verde consortium, formed by Aviva and Tecpav Tecnologia e Pavimentação, won the concession for Rota Verde, a set of highways in Goiás, offering a discount of 18.07% on the toll fee, in a new auction held at the B3 headquarters , in the center of São Paulo. On speakerphone alone, there were 28 bids.
This was the second highway concession auction of the day, after the , which was hotly contested and won by CCR, in a packed auditorium on B3. Both were decided on speakerphone.
The governor of Goiás, Ronaldo Caiado, did not attend the auction, one day after it was due to abuse of power in the state.
Four consortia competed for the highways in Goiás. The first proposal presented when opening the envelopes was that of the Consortium Infrastructure GO, formed by the EPR Group and the management company Perfin, which offered a discount of 0.90%.
In the second proposal, the Rota Verde Consortium offered a discount of 15.27%.
In the third proposal, BTG Pactual proposed a discount of 13.50%. The Rota Cerrado consortium, which includes XP, CLD Construtora, Construtora Caipó, FBS Construção Civil, Jofege Pavimentação and Conter Construções, made the fourth proposal, with a discount of 10.88%.

The Green Route covers the contour of Goiânia until the interconnection with BR-153/GO, extends along BR-060 to Rio Verde and, from there, along BR-452, to Itumbiara. The route is considered essential for the flow of agricultural products and manufactured goods.
The improvement works include 31.12 km of duplications and 112 km of additional lanes. The installation of a Stop and Rest Point (PPD), 14 pedestrian walkways, 36 bus stops and 11 wildlife crossings are also planned.
In total, considering the Rota Verde and Lot 3 of highways in Paraná, both projects awarded this Thursday, the 12th, the federal government held seven auctions of highway concessions. There is an eighth scheduled for this year: Lot 6 of highways in Paraná, which should be contested on the 19th and already has four interested parties.
