Now, official confirmation appears: the Kremlin published a list of measures so that, in short, the Russians drink less.
The Ministry of Health has set a goal: by 2030 alcohol consumption needs to drop a lot.
All because, as the radio says, it is necessary lower mortality rates in Russia and there must be fewer people with disabilities because of drinking.
The Kremlin’s idea is to promote a more healthy for his compatriots.
Among the 29 preventive measures announced by the Ministry of Health, some are defined priorities, how to improve quality and access to medical care for alcohol addicts, in addition to creating a medical rehabilitation system.
Among other measures, it will be analyzed – region by region – the schedules of selling “strong” alcoholic beverages.
Proposals will also be presented to restrict the exhibition alcoholic beverages at checkout counters in stores and supermarkets.
