The Brazilian skateboarding fairy became the first three-time champion in the history of the Street Skate World League (SLS), and won even more than the prize to celebrate.
For the first place achieved, Rayssa won a cash prize totaling more than 600 thousand reais, added to the amount of prizes for the skater who has won the tournament three times in a row.
The world champion was crowned last Sunday (15) after a historic turnaround, in which Rayssa missed the first two maneuvers and shot from last to first place in the table with two nine club scores.
Winning at home against only Japanese women in the final, the little fairy enchanted the Ginásio do Ibirapuera, in São Paulo, by confirming the title in the last maneuver, computed with a 9.1 rating.
With Rayssa’s third championship, Brazil reaches its sixth SLS title, counting on the debut of the tournament won by Letícia Bufoni, and two other seasons by Pâmela Rosa.
