Due to the fact that many homes are currently preparing for Christmas, this is one of their stages. Of course, before we start, we must defrost the device to be able to thoroughly clean its interior. To do this, we take out all the products that we store in the refrigerator, disconnect it from the electricity and set the temperature inside to minimum. Now it may take up to several hours before the refrigerator defrosts and we can wash it. However, if you would rather save time, try a way to quickly defrost the refrigerator. Place a bowl filled with hot water inside the device. This causes the ice to melt faster. Then use a plastic spatula to scrape off layers of ice from your refrigerator.

Once the device has defrosted and there is no ice inside, you can start cleaning it. Remove all shelves and drawers from inside the appliance. You can put smaller items, plastic drawers and door handles, and even glass shelves in the dishwasher and select the standard program. You can also do it by hand, using dishwashing liquid or a solution of water and vinegar. Only now can you clean the inside of the device. Vinegar is brilliant. Not only will it help you get rid of dried meal remnants, but above all it has disinfecting properties, which is extremely important in this case. Just dilute 100 ml of vinegar with 1 liter of lukewarm water.
