A private plane, model Challenger 300 LV-GOK, crashed while landing at San Fernando airport, in the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, this Wednesday (12/18). According to the local press, the aircraft came from Punta del Este. Pilot and co-pilot died during the accident.
The aircraft belongs to the Brito family, owners of the Argentine bank Macro. The company would have rented the aircraft to drop off passengers, according to the newspaper La Nacion. The accident occurred when the pilot and co-pilot were returning, without passengers, to Buenos Aires.

This occurred after the plane was unable to brake during landing, traveling a longer section of the runway. The aircraft collided with a fence and a house nearby.
