However, before the evening meal, there may be a problem with refreshing them. If they are not cooked properly, they may fall apart and all the work will be wasted. This is how you will prevent a disaster.
The method of cooking frozen dumplings is crucial. Without proper knowledge, our dish may start to fall apart, stick together, or be insufficiently heated. To avoid all this, follow these recommendations.
First, you need to decide: cShould you thaw frozen dumplings before cooking? This shouldn’t be done. The pouches stuffed with mushrooms could stick together and the dough would certainly crack. This is a simple way to prevent the dumplings from falling apart and the filling leaking out during cooking.
Now boil water in a wide pot. When it heats up, add salt and a tablespoon of oil to it. Thanks to such additions, the dumplings should cook evenly and not stick together. When the water starts boiling, reduce the heat and start adding the frozen dumplings one at a time.
Cook the frozen dumplings in a partially covered pot. Thanks to this trick, a higher temperature will be generated in the dish, which will effectively defrost it.
