Dasa has a deadline to increase the number of shares in circulation on the Stock Exchange

Dasa () announced, in a statement to the market, that it had obtained a deadline extension to restore its free float, that is, the percentage of the company’s shares that are in circulation on the market and available for trading by investors.
The extension, which extends the deadline until May 25, 2026, was granted automatically after the completion of the company’s capital increase, approved on the 25th.

Dasa clarified that, if the free float percentage reaches a level higher than 14.11% at any time during the term extension, a reduction in this percentage will not be permitted until the minimum established by the Novo Mercado regulations is reached.
