The stadium of Nottingham Forest, a participant in the English Premier League, was transformed into an unrecognizable one last weekend. There was a party for the team’s defender Murillo Santiago Costa, who together with his wife Mabili announced the gender of their first child.
Twenty-two-year-old Murillo gathered with his loved ones on the grounds of the historic stadium and announced that he would have a baby girl. The gender reveal was accompanied by massive pyrotechnic effects, balloons and they streamed the entire event.
The club’s fans took to social media to comment positively that their defender used the stadium to make the announcement. According to them, it was a message of how much he loves the club. “Gender reveal in the stadium equals a lifetime contract,” wrote one of them. Another added: “Nobody decides to have a baby if they intend to move somewhere else.”
