The ceremony also saw the signing of the service order for the training of 60 police officers who will take the SWAT Operations Advanced course, in Florida (USA), funded by an amendment from federal deputy Colonel Ulysses.
“I am happy to be able to contribute to strengthening public security in Acre. Today, equipment and vehicles are delivered with an amendment to our mandate and that of Senator Petecão. My friend federal deputy Colonel Ulysses has also contributed. Today, we are even celebrating the signing of the service order for a group of 60 police officers to take the SWAT course, in the USA, as amended. I and the other colleagues on the bench have contributed and this has been reflected in the work of our police.” – said Senator Alan Rick.
Senator Alan also highlighted his performance since assuming his first term as federal deputy. “As you all know, the people gave me the honor of being a federal deputy twice, now I am on a new mission to represent my state in the federal senate and during these years public safety was a priority, so much so that there are now more than R $71 million earmarked. Just for execution this year, it was R$14 million, part of it here in this delivery. Next year, we will continue making more deliveries of equipment, vehicles, weapons, ammunition, buildings, for example, the Criminal Police shooting range, the GPOE headquarters, the integrated security centers in the interior of the state. We have a lot to accomplish.” – he concluded.
“If we want to provide quality public security, we have to have resources. And our parliamentarians, they have made efforts to bring resources to the state of Acre, so that we can implement our projects, our actions, our acquisitions. Therefore, it is very important for the federal bench to support public security in Acre. Senator Alan has always been present with us.” – said the Secretary of Justice and Public Security, Colonel Américo Gaia.

“Our program includes several sports projects in the capital and in the interior, with deliveries like this of sports equipment kits. Much of the resources used are from parliamentary amendments. We are ending this agreement with Senator Alan Rick’s amendment and we thank him for his essential support.” – said the coordinator of “Acre pela Vida”, Colonel Edener Franco.
