Vienna – As is well known, the Vienna Philharmonic have brought in Riccardo Muti, a veteran, to their side for the upcoming New Year’s Concert. After all, the performance in the Golden Hall of the Musikverein on January 1st is the seventh for the 83-year-old. On Saturday, orchestra director Daniel Froschauer and the maestro traditionally faced the world press one last time before the major classical music event. “We can bring a message of peace from Vienna to the world,” said Muti.
