Josh Windass started the year in the best possible way, scoring a goal that is already a candidate for the Puskás Award 2025. On the first day of the year, Sheffield Wednesday’s English striker scored against Derby County with an incredible shot from more than 60 meters.
Swedish goalkeeper Jacob Zetterström was caught off guard and, despite running towards the empty net, was unable to prevent the goal.
Windass wanted to start the year with a great goal from midfield 🤯
