Canceled commitments include “a speech in Lisbon”

The president of the European Commission canceled her entire agenda for the next two weeks for health reasons and will not be present at the Diplomatic Seminar in Lisbon, Ursula von der Leyen’s spokesperson told Lusa.

“The president canceled all external commitments for the first two weeks of January,” Paula Pinho, spokesperson for the president of the European Commission, told Lusa, revealing that Ursula von der Leyen canceled her agenda for health reasons.

The canceled commitments include “a speech in Lisbon” during the Diplomatic Seminar and a visit to Poland, on the occasion of the start of the Polish president of the Council of the European Union, which “will take place later”.
