The act of violence occurred near the hotel where the ‘Minho warriors’ are staying, in Lisbon. SC Braga and Benfica face off this Saturday at 6pm.
Sporting de Braga denounces an attack on the bus carrying the main team on Friday night, in Lisbon, where they will face Benfica this Saturday.
On a note the club guarantees that the bus was stoned by a group of around 15 individuals dressed in black, hooded and with their faces covered at 11:30 pm on Friday.
The vehicle was hit with rocks on the front and side.
The same group also exploded fireworks near the area where the squad was located, however the incident did not cause any injuries.
Elements of the authorities were forced to intervene so that the incident did not escalate “to other levels”.
The Minho club adds that it has already filed a complaint with the PSP.
