Tender meat and expressive sauce. For dinner, make pork tenderloin in devil's sauce

Pork tenderloin in devilish green pepper sauce. They will be perfect for a festive dinner. The meat stewed in the sauce comes out incredibly tender and delicate, the pepper sauce interestingly enhances its flavor and makes it spicy. The recipe comes from the program “Rączka cooks”, where Remigiusz Rączka visits Podzamcze in Rabsztyn and cooks with the local chef.

To prepare this dish, you will need:

  • 400 g pork tenderloin,
  • 3 cloves of garlic,
  • sun,
  • pepper,
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour.

Pepper sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons of pickled green pepper,
  • 330 ml of cream 30%,
  • sun,
  • pepper,
  • orange liqueur or juice from half an orange.

Serve the finished tenderloin with potatoes or Silesian dumplings. Cabbage or beetroot salad would be perfect here.

Peel the garlic cloves and cut into small cubes. Cut the pork tenderloin into evenly thick slices. Break each of them gently with a pestle. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper and rub with garlic. Then coat the meat in flour.

Fry the pieces of meat coated in flour for 2-3 minutes on each side in a pan with heated oil. Then pour off the fat from the pan.

Pour the fried pork tenderloin with 30% cream and add marinated green pepper. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Finally, pour 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur or juice squeezed from half an orange. Stew the tenderloins in the sauce for another 4 minutes.

Serve the tenderloins in devil’s sauce with your favorite additions.
