Khartoum/Washington – According to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, the Sudanese militia RSF has committed genocide in the power struggle that has been going on for almost two years. The US Treasury Department is therefore imposing sanctions on Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, leader of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). The accusation of genocide refers to the Sudanese region of Darfur.
