The jewelry chain Vivara (VIVA3) reported the opening of 6 Life stores in December, an addition of 443.19 square meters of sales area.
Thus, the retailer ended the month of December with 457 operations, including 266 Vivara stores, 180 Life stores and 11 kiosks. Of the 266 Vivara stores, 265 are in Brazil and 1 in Panama.
Vivara highlights the completion of the 2024 expansion plan in line with plans, having opened 72 units throughout the year.
Clarifications
Vivara said, in response to a question from the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), that the information contained in the News regarding sales growth in the “high double-digit territory” and “middle digits” does not derive from disclosures made by the company, but believes that the estimate made by JP Morgan, as an independent securities analyst in its own report.
Regarding the company’s sales behavior between October and December 2024, the
Vivara confirmed the “veracity of the statements contained in the news that: (i) sales in general
grew, as expected by the market; and (ii) the Company’s digital sales in 2024
showed lower growth compared to the previous year, due to the large base
comparative for the year 2023″.
