A nod to the party was made at the opening of Agrishow; president of the party, Baleia Rossi, was present
The senator and pre-candidate for President, (PL), made nods this Monday (April 27, 2026) to the MDB during participation in the in Ribeirão Preto (SP). He said he was sure that the party “it’s much closer here than there”in reference to President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT).
“It was like that with Mayor Ricardo Nunes, it’s like that now with Felício Ramuth [vice-governador de SP]excellent cadres in the party and I am convinced that we will do a lot for our country together”he stated.
The deputy (MDB), president of the party, was present at the Agrishow opening ceremony.
The statement was made at a time when the pre-candidate for Planalto is trying to attract support from central parties. The MDB has not yet decided whether it will support any presidential candidate.
Flávio participated in the opening of Agrishow, the largest agribusiness fair in Latin America and the 2nd largest in the world. It was his first public pre-campaign agenda with the governor of São Paulo, (Republicans).
