The will reformulate its preparatory courses for the elections starting this year. Now, students will be divided into different levels, considering each one’s experience. The entity is responsible for renewing its staff.
Those approved in courses focused on elections will be distributed into three levels: one for those who want to enter politics, another for those who have already won an election and are looking for a new challenge, and the third for highlights at the state, federal or municipal level in large cities .
“The new dynamic will work on the needs of each group in order to enhance the skills already existing in these people, in a more effective way”, stated the executive director of RenovaBR, Rodrigo Cobra.
During the process, the entity will assess students’ knowledge on topics such as justice, political participation, health, education and climate issues.
The idea is to analyze prior understanding, proposals and willingness to discuss issues relevant to society.
