Flamengo x Boavista: how it went and goals from the match
The start of the game didn’t seem to promise much for Flamengo. Boavista, from the beginning, seemed to put more pressure on. With the under-20 team, there was a clear lack of interaction, which resulted in Boavista taking the lead in the first stage of the match.
In the 35th minute, Vitor Ricardo received a ball freely in the Flamengo area and crossed to Zé Vitor, who was smart and managed to send it straight into the goal. With the goal, the team went to halftime with a one-goal advantage over Rubro-Negro.

Guilherme made a good move on the left side and Lorran finished. The ball hit the crossbar, but the rebound was taken advantage of by Carlinhos, who headed in and ended a five-month drought without scoring for the club.
In the 21st minute, Boavista took the lead once again. Resende, who had just entered the field, kicked a strong ball that exploded against the post. On the rebound, Gabriel Conceição took advantage and sent the ball to Raí, who completed the play in the team’s goal, once again leaving Rubro-Negro behind.
Boavista’s second goal left Flamengo’s situation complicated. Rubro-Negro tried to create dangerous plays and situations, but couldn’t go beyond that. In the final minutes, Carlinhos threatened, but goalkeeper André Luiz was able to defend.
With that, Boavista beat Flamengo 2-1.
