A 67-year-old worker died after being run over by his own tractor, in Marialva, in the North of Paraná. The victim was identified as Daniel Romanini, who was repairing the machinery last Saturday (11), when he was hit.

According to information gathered by RICtv Maringá, the worker had already completed the maintenance when the tractor started moving and ran over Daniel. It is not yet known what motivated the machinery to move. The machine’s wheels passed over the victim’s chest, who was rescued by Samu, but ended up not resisting.
The body was collected by the Legal Medical Institute (IML), in Maringá, before being released to family members. Romanini was buried late this Sunday afternoon (12).

The death of Daniel Romanini caused commotion among family and friends of the worker hit by his own tractor. The victim’s son and nephew wrote emotional farewell messages to Romanini on social media.
“My hero, I will miss you so much”, published the worker’s son. “May God keep you, uncle, in a good place. He fulfilled his mission here and left only good memories. He will be greatly missed. May God comfort us and give us strength to continue our mission.”
Furthermore, friends also took the opportunity to say goodbye to Daniel. “Go with God, my friend, thank you for everything you did for us”, said a friend. “A good, hard-working and very beloved man, may God comfort everyone’s hearts,” wrote another.
