Quick and crispy faworki. Made this way, they have fewer calories

Caddis cakes are a classic carnival cake. They are known in Poland, but also in Lithuania and Germany. Made of kneaded dough and deep-fried, the bows are served only sprinkled with powdered sugar. First of all, their heat treatment makes them high in calories. To prepare fritters from an air fryerwhich are much less fatty, you need:

  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
  • 250 g of butter,
  • 250 g of cream 18%,
  • 500 g of flour,
  • a pinch of salt.

If you are afraid that the caddis cakes will get too brown in the air fryer, you can symbolically brush their tops with oil.
