The initiatives cover areas such as transportation, housing, security and urban revitalization, seeking to improve the quality of life in the largest city in Latin America. Among the projects highlighted for 2024 is the auction of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) to build the state government’s new administrative center in the city center, with an estimated investment of R$4 billion. The objective is to promote administrative efficiency and transform the central region.

In the area of ​​education, R$1.7 billion is planned to renovate and maintain 143 schools in the capital and metropolitan region. In transport, R$1.2 billion will be invested in the concession of water crossings and more than R$13 billion in improvements to rail transport, including the construction of ten new stations on lines 11, 12 and 13. For 2025, R$5 billion is planned to expand and modernize the , including works on lines 2-Green, 15-Silver and 17-Gold, in addition to the beginning of Line 19-Celeste.

CPTM will also receive R$979 million to expand the railway network and modernize stations. EMTU foresees R$370 million for bus corridors and terminals, including improvements to the ABD Corridor and the construction of the Tamanduateí terminal.

The housing program foresees 26,600 new homes in the city, with investments exceeding R$2 billion. Of these, 5,250 units will be delivered through the Associative Letter of Credit modality, distributed across the west, south, east and center of the city. In addition, almost a thousand land regularization titles will be delivered in neighborhoods such as Itaquera and Brasilândia.

In the area of ​​security, seven new community bases will be opened in the expanded center, in places such as Largo do Arouche and Praça da Sé. The investment of R$2.6 million seeks to contribute to the revitalization and security of the center. Since 2023, management has delivered more than a thousand new vehicles and hired 2,678 police officers.
