This criminal accusation that can lead you to death or life imprisonment if convicted

The South Korean Attorney’s Office indicated on Sunday the deposed President Yoon Suk Yeol de Rebbelião for the imposition of the martial law, the local press reported, a criminal charge that could lead to the death or life imprisonment if convicted.

The Yonhap news agency reported that the accusation to Yoon is related to the December 3 decree that plunged the country in a huge political turmoil. Other South Korean media published similar reports.

Yoon was accused and arrested earlier because of the decree of martial law.

The Constitutional Court is deliberating separately if it must formally dismiss Yoon as President or restore it.
