Sad End of Fropen of Polish Tourist († 43): The man’s body was found without signs of life

The search for a Polish tourist in the area of ​​Tichá dolina, which began on January 28, ended tragically. This was reported by the Mountain Rescue Service (HZS) on its website.

“In the evening, rescuers of the High Tatras regional center were asked by rescuers from the Polish Tatra Mountain Rescue Service (Topr) for help in the search for a missing 43-year-old Polish tourist in the area of ​​the end of Tichá dolina,” The rescuers said.

As the tourist could not be found in the evening, the search continued on Wednesday (29 January) between Kasprový vrch and Kondrát Kopa. “The search was attended by four rescuers from the Regional Center of the HZS West Tatras and two rescuers from the avalanche prevention and education center with the help of drones,” zoomed HZS.

She also added that the missing was noticed by the Polish mountain rescuers Topr on the Slovak side, unfortunately, without signs of life. Rescuers Topr in cooperation with fire brigade transported body remains to the valley. Subsequently, they were handed over to members of the Police Force.
