Fried cottage cheese is an interesting idea for breakfast or dinner, which will taste all household members – small and large. The whole is slightly sweet, crunchy outside and melting inside. It goes well with fresh fruit, honey or chocolate syrup. You can successfully serve them only lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar or yourself, without any additions.
Ingredients:
- 560 g of greasy cottage cheese,
- 100 g cukru,
- 100 g of wheat flour,
- a spoon of butter,
- 2 egg yolks,
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar,
- A pinch of salt.
Additionally:
- Flour for sprinkling,
- Frying oil and butter.
Method of performance:
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add yolks and knead the whole into a smooth and uniform dough. Transfer the dough to a board with flour. Knead the whole in a roll with a diameter of about 3 cm and cut it into the side of the side also 3 cm. Form each fragment of the cake in cubes. Alternatively, you can leave round pancakes or give them a different, any shape.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add a tablespoon of butter. Place the pancakes on hot fat and fry them until golden brown on all sides for a few minutes.
Transfer fried cottage cheese to a baking tray from the oven lined with baking paper. Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Serve the dish hot, immediately after cooking. Store the remains in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days. Heat in the oven. You can also freeze cottage cheese before frying or after frying, for a maximum of 2 months. They should not be defined before frying.
