The influencer and humorist Dilson Alves da Silva Netoknown as Nego Di, became a defendant After the court of Rio Grande do Sul accepted a complaint from the Public Prosecution Service (MPRS).
He is accused of estelionate, money laundering, fake document use and illegal lottery promotion on 34 occasions.
The influencer’s wife, Gabriela Vicente de Sousaalso responds for money laundering. The complaint was accepted on Wednesday (5).
According to the MPRS, it made about R $ 2.5 million with illegal online raffles between November 2022 and May 2024.
Among the promised awards were a Porsche Macan and $ 150,000 in cash.
