Tiago Mayan Gonçalves, candidate for the presidency of the liberal initiative
Disciplinary proceedings Tiago Mayan Gonçalves, former candidate for the liberal initiative, ended with his party expulsion.
The Jurisdiction Council of the Liberal Initiative (IL) decided to expel from the party after being revealed that as president of a Parish Council in the district of Porto.
The expulsion has already been communicated by the party and appears after Tiago Mayan Gonçalves took over last November that Signatures of the Jury of the Porto Associative Support Fundas president of the Union of Parishes of Aldoar, Foz do Douro and Nevogilde.
Tiago Mayan Gonçalves was the IL candidate in the 2021 presidential elections, with sixth place with 3.22% of the votes.
