Grandmother is a cake that according to tradition is served at Easter. This does not mean, however, that it cannot be eaten in another time of the year. Despite the fact that she is liked, many people do not eat her except for Christmas. I don’t want to wait anymore and I make my grandmother every weekend. My favorite is the orange version.
Orange grandmother with all other grandmothers of course is distinguished by its fruity aroma. This addition of the citrus does a job and it is necessary to prepare this baking. More specifically, the key ingredient from the whole orange will be the orange peel, but not only.
Essential oils hidden in the skin after the clash will free themselveswhich will give an incredible aroma. In addition, it will be conquered by freshly squeezed orange juice. This combination will give the power of orange taste, and the dough will gain uniqueness.
Orange will also be needed to prepare icing. No other combination to create a sweet coating will blend as well as this, just using orange juice. Such a citrus bomb is a real treat for real connoisseurs.
