Young salad is a dish prepared exclusively from fresh vegetables full of vitamins and mineralsthat support the body in everyday work. Tomatoes and cucumber are greatly hydrated, and are also a rich source of antioxidants that inhibit the aging process. That is why it is worth preparing this salad often and treat it as an ideal addition to any lunch or dinner. Oil dressing is a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids, which are a kind of fuel for the brain and heart. The whole is so fast to prepare that it will work even in the diet of busy and busy people.
Ingredients:
- 100 g Mixture of favorite salads,
- 2 medium tomatoes,
- cucumber,
- 2 small carrots,
- Little red onion,
- 1/4 teaspoon of granulated garlic,
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
Dressing:
- 100 ml of olive oil,
- 50 ml lemon juice,
- a teaspoon of salt,
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
Method of performance:
1) Wash the tomatoes and cut into medium -sized cubes.
2) Peel and grate the carrots on a large grater.
3) Peel and cut the cucumber into wide posts.
4) Finely chop the red onion.
5) Transfer all vegetables and lettuce to a salad bowl. Sprinkle them with garlic and pepper, then mix gently.
6) Prepare dressing by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl. You can also put everything in a jar or shaker and shake until you get a uniform mixture. Pour the salad with the prepared sauce. Mix everything well.
7) Serve the salad of youth immediately after preparing or cooling in the fridge. Store the remains in a tight container and use within 2 days.
