After a year away from political life, businessman Luciano Hang, owner of the Havan store chain, returned to comments on specific agenda from the Brazilian scenario and the economic policy adopted by US President Donald Trump.
The businessman, who now embraces the nickname he received from the opposition as a laughing -up and began to call himself “Havan’s Véio”, posted a video in his X profile (former Twitter) This Tuesday, 11, which lists what Trump’s “hits” consider.
“Using logic, common sense, making the simple, well-manned, ending ‘fads’ and ‘Woke agenda’,” he says, giving as examples such as the taxation of foreign products, measures against illegal immigration, the output of the United States of the World Health Organization, among others.

Still in January, the entrepreneur made another publication that asks for the opinion of followers about one of the first decrees signed by Trump, who ends the home office regime for civil servants. In another post, ask netizens what they think about a measure implemented by El Salvador President Nayib Bukele, who puts prisoners to work.
Between dozens of posts where the owner of the chain of stores appears dancing or reproducing memes to publicize the business, the entrepreneur also praises punctual policies, such as the law sanctioned by the governor of Santa Catarina, Jorginho Mello (PL), who prohibits music or any Type of content that apologizes to crime, drug use or sexual content in state schools.

First order ally of former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) since 2018, when he was known for supporting the then presidential candidate, Hang has moved away from political life since February last year. At the time, the businessman told Estadão that he would not participate in the act called by Bolsonaro in February, on Paulista Avenue, nor in any such agenda, and that it was “100% focused” on business activities.
Luciano Hang has seen his popularity increase since 2018. Since then, the connection with the politician has yielded negative consequences to Santa Catarina, with judicial consequences. In January 2024, he was ordered to pay R $ 85 million in compensation for coercing employees to vote for Bolsonaro that year.
The proximity to Bolsonaro caused the businessman to consider his Senate in 2022. Accused by COVID CPI for disseminating Fake News about the treatment of the disease, he gave up running for office in March of that year. Hang now is ineligible for eight years.
