An investigation conducted by the pointed out that the escape of two detainees associated with the Red Command, which occurred in Mossoró, Rio Grande do Norte, was the result of several flaws. Three Disciplinary Administrative Proceedings (PADs) were filed as a result of the escape, of which two have already been finalized.
