The executive intends to review income for income, which has had problems due to system failures and the requirement of landlords, and completely reformulate the lease to sub -sumbarrenda.
The government announced the reformulation of two lease support programs created by the previous executive of António Costa. Extraordinary income support, which currently benefits about 145,000 people, will be reviewed to improve its operationalization, while the Renta to Subarrenda program will be discontinued in its current and redesigned format.
The information was released on Tuesday by the Secretary of State for Housing, Patrícia Gonçalves Costa, during a hearing at the Parliamentary Commission of Economics, Public Works and Housing.
The ruler justified the revision of extraordinary support to income with difficulties in its implementationdue to the temporal undoing of income considered for the attribution and dependence of various entities for their execution, refers.

The executive reaffirms the commitment to implement this tax reduction until the end of the legislature, but has not yet revealed details about the price limits that will be applied. The expectation now is that the proposal will return to Parliament.
