A new video shows cyclist Vitor Felisberto Medrado being chased by bikers minutes before being killed by the criminals. The crime occurred last Thursday (13) during a robbery at Itaim Bibi, a prime area of São Paulo.
Vitor was murdered without a reaction to being approached by two men on a motorcycle while standing on a bicycle around 6am.
According to images of security cameras, criminals appear following the cyclist at two different moments.

Police report that suspects for the crime are still sought and that investigations follow.
Remember the case
A cyclist was shot around his neck on the morning of Thursday (13) after a robbery in front of the People’s Park, in Itaim Bibi, noble area of São Paulo. The victim, identified as Vitor Felisberto Medrado, was rescued but died in the hospital.
According to the police report, the person who called the Military Police reported that the criminals shot without even announcing the robbery.
Vitor’s body was buried this Saturday (15), at the Peace Cemetery, in Belo Horizonte (MG).
“The family is shaken,” relatives reported to Itatiaia during Vitor’s wake.
Jaqueline Medeiro dos Santos, cyclist widow, sees the moment “not just as a loss, it’s a hole. Each loses a piece of itself. ”
“We don’t cry for the moments we lived, but for the moments we lost to live with him. It hurts to think that I won’t have Vitor to live from now on, ”said Jaqueline.
“We’re all here wanting to go home and he didn’t come back, all because of a cell phone. We can go to the store to change our cell phone, but what about my brother’s life? There is no tranquility in Brazil, ”laments Josy Lima, Vitor’s sister.
On Instagram, Vitor had over 3,500 followers and performed as coach and mentor for cyclists. He was a cycling athlete and has played several events for Brazil. In 2017, he was one of 5,830 Brazilian athletes contemplated in the athlete Bolsa Program, according to ordinance published in the Federal Official Gazette.
In addition to an athlete, Vitor was a businessman, being a partner of a sports advisory company.
