In my head it is generally very round: the thoughts are incessantly going through like a cog track that never stops. Not even on the way to the office or to appointments. Or when I enter my workplace and let me fall on the office chair. It is strange how often you should work in an everyday life in which so much more happens than the many to-dos in the job, especially if the energy that you have has gone somewhere else.
