A man advanced with a car over a crowd in the German city of Mannheim, in western Germany, causing 25 injured and two dead.

The running over happened in the Wassertura/Plankenkopf area, in a market in the city centerand an eyewitness that was in a restaurant near the incident told what he saw people fleeing in panic after the car hit the pedestrians.
