Titled ‘Lock National Degradation, by an alternative policy of progress and development’, the motion has a guaranteed lead due to the opposition of the PS.
The motion of censorship to the government, will be debated this Wednesday, in Parliament, from 15:00, according to SIC.
The decision was made on Tuesday at the Conference of Parliamentary Leaders at the Assembly of the Republic, at a meeting that began at 10:30.
The motion of censorship in question, with the title “to crash national degradation, by an alternative policy of progress and development”, has guaranteed lead, since PS secretary general, Pedro Nuno Santos, has already announced that he does not intend to make it viable.
The PCP decided to move forward with a motion of censorship after, on Saturday night, Prime Minister Luís Montenegro made a statement to the country in which he admitted to advance with a motion of confidence to the government if opposition parties did not clarify whether the executive “has conditions to continue to execute” his program.
Montenegro made this statement after being reported that Spinumviva – until Saturday detained by his wife, with whom he is married in communion of acquired, and children – receives a monthly agreement of 4,500 euros from the Solverde Group.
