Gluten -free coconut bread. It smells beautiful and tastes great

The very simple one coconut bread consists of chips, coconut milk and coconut flour. You will find almost all of the coconut in it. This is certainly the perfect baking for lovers of the Caribbean flavors. It will be a great position for breakfast or dinner, but also for dessert or afternoon tea. The whole is incredibly fast to prepare and does not require growth. Although this bread will never be as fluffy and grown as wheat breads, its taste will definitely compensate you.

Before you start implementing the recipe, get the right form. We recommend Keksówka 22 × 15 cm.

Prepare the following ingredients:

  • 250 g of coconut flour,
  • 175 ml of coconut milk,
  • 150 g cukru,
  • 100 g of butter,
  • 70 g of coconut flakes,
  • 3 eggs in size L or XL,
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice,
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder,
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut extract,
  • ½ teaspoon salt.

Additionally:

  • a handful of almond flakes for sprinkling,
  • A handful of coconut flakes for sprinkling.

Melt the butter and cool. Coconut flakes in an oven focused on a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes, until light brown. Leave to cool. In a large bowl, break eggs with coconut milk, lime juice and coconut extract. Add butter and mix the whole until a uniform consistency. In a separate bowl, mix coconut flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

Gradually add wet ingredients to dry, to completely combine the mixture. Finally, pour in the roasted coconut flakes and mix. Pour the dough into a mold lined with a 22×15 cm baking paper. Sprinkle the top with a mixture of coconut and almond flakes.

Coconut bread Put in the oven set to 160 degrees Celsius and bake it for 50-60 minutes, to a dry stick. Remove and leave to cool completely before cutting. Serve with the addition of jam, butter or nut cream.
