It tastes like carmel bars. A cake that is hard to forget

As you can guess, caramel fantasy is a cake in which there is some caramel. However, multi -layered baking is much richer in various flavors. It connects a fluffy sponge cake, chocolate-nut cream, delicate whipped cream, caramel mass, and is decorated with abundantly chocolate coating. It tastes a bit like popular bars, but it is lighter and more filling.

Ingredients:

Cake:

  • 4 eggs,
  • 100 g cukru,
  • 100 g of wheat flour,
  • 2 tablespoons of potato flour,
  • a teaspoon of baking powder,
  • A bit of salt.

To be translated:

  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate-nut cream from a jar,
  • 200 g cream 30%,
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Karmelowa Period:

  • 100 g cukru,
  • 50 g of butter,
  • 20 g cream 30%.

Top:

  • 100 g of dark chocolate,
  • 80 ml cream of cream 30%.

Method of performance:

Start by preparing the dough. Proteins separate from the yolks. Whip them into a stiff foam with a little salt. Add yolks gradually. In a separate bowl, mix both flour with baking powder. Add portions to the mass with eggs and gently mix with a spatula. Transfer to a baking tray with dimensions of approx. 24 × 24 cm, lined with baking paper. Put in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 170 degrees for 35 minutes.

Prepare the filling now. Crushed dough cut lengthwise to make two tops. Put the thin layer of chocolate-nut cream on the first of them. Apply a second cake top. Whip the cream with powdered sugar rigidly and put another layer.

Now make a caramel mass. Melt sugar in a saucepan, preferably on medium heat. Do not mix, wait until it gets golden. Then add butter, cream cream and mix vigorously. It should get shiny and smooth caramel mass. Set aside to cool. When it is still liquid, put it on the previously prepared dough. Put in the fridge for an hour.

Prepare the topping. Heat the cream in a saucepan so that it is hot, but not boiling. Add dark chocolate to it, breaking it while throwing it into pieces. Reduce the burner power to a minimum or set aside the saucepan. Stir until the topping is shiny and smooth. Set aside to cool. Cool, but still liquid, pour the prepared dough.

Put the caramel fantasy in the fridge for a few hours (preferably all night) to concentrate.
