Entrepreneurial Education
Before founding the cashew, Giglio had a trajectory marked by entrepreneurship. Created in a family of entrepreneurs, he grew up with the influence of parents and grandparents, who managed their own businesses. “My father always said, ‘You have to have your business, but one day you can be fired.’ This has always been in my head, ”says Eduardo. This mindset motivated him to seek professional independence early on, experiencing different sectors and business models.
His first endeavor in the business world was a startup focused on day service services, which sought to optimize the allocation of domestic professionals in a city with logistics challenges such as São Paulo.
