In the “Brainstorming area” there is a yawning emptiness, the table tennis plate looks orphaned, and at the height-adjustable desks of the open-plan offices, only a few employees tap into their keyboards. That’s the way it is in a start-up office on a Friday. “Home Office,” says Lisa Smith, who welcomes the standard in the office’s own lounge with kitchen and upholstered furniture.
