The choice of name caught the attention of his family, who at first did not understand where he came from. Although I don’t know the origin of the name, Icarus’s father already wondered, “If he’s talking, it is because he saw somewhere.”
The answer came unexpectedly. During a visit to her grandmother’s house, the family watched a TV report when she appeared an interview with Captain Jehosadac, commander of the Military Fire Department in Cruzeiro do Sul, ending the mystery, the little boy had named one of his toys in honor of a true commander.
The story came to Captain Jehosadac, who was thrilled to learn of the boy’s admiration and decided to return the affection. He recorded a video thanking for the gesture and wishing the boy success.
“Icarus, I received your video here and I was very happy that you like the firefighters, who follows our work. And I was even happier to know that one of your dolls is called Josadac, for me it is an honor to lend my name to your toys,” he said.
