In the case of Košice Šace, where the police patrol was threatened by a man with a machete, the Regional Court on Monday (17 March) released the accused Marek B. from custody of freedom. TASR was confirmed by Branislav Bujňák from the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Košice. 29-year-old Marek B is charged with the crime of attacking a public official on 26 February. Subsequently, it was transferred to the hospital and on February 28 the Municipal Court accepted the reasons for custody.
